ZEYNEL KOCATAS / COMPANY FOUNDER
He has been finished Uludag University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in 1995, he has started his professional business life in one of Turkey's leading food company Tamek Food and Concentrate Ind. Inc.
Between 1996 and 2015, he successfully worked as an Atelier Engineer, Atelier Chief, Technical Service Chief, Technical Manager and Engineering and Technical Investments Manager at Tamek Ind. Inc.
He has led many important projects in these positions, including:
- Bursa Factory installation (Tetrapak-Glass Bottle Juice Filling Lines and Fruit Concentrate Facility)
- Installation of Tetrapak-Glass Bottle Juice and Concentrate Facility in Karacabey factory
- Ketchup-Mayonnaise facility installation in Karacabey factory
- Installation of canister fruit juice facility in Kızıksa factory
- Tomato-Pepper Tomato Paste facility installation in Karacabey and Salihli facilities
- Pulp concentrate facility installation at Kızıksa factory
- Tübitak R & D Projects
- Productivity Improving Projects
In 2016, NELZEY has established and shares his professional experiences especially in projects related to food sector.
As of 2018 NELZEY:

- 1 Agricultural Engineer
- 1 Food Engineer
- 2 Machine Formen
- 1 Electrical Formen
- Serves with 10 Staffed Certified Pipe and Welder Staff,
Depending on the size of the project, the staff can reach up to 50 people.
